Hyperlocal Delivery

The hyperlocal delivery model refers to the meeting on-demand delivery of the customers in a certain defined local area. TAT

TAT stands for turnaround time. It is the amount of time taken to complete a process or fulfil a request after it has been assigned.



Consignee

Consignee is typically the owner of the shipment. It is the person who is finally going to receive the order. There are three stakeholders in the process of the shipment that are consignor, the consignee, and the carrier. Consignor is the seller who ships out the goods via a carrier. A consignee should always be present at the time of delivery.


