Re order

This action involves a customer placing a new order for the same or similar products or services they've previously purchased. Customers may reorder items they like, need again, or want to stock up on.



Consignee

Consignee is typically the owner of the shipment. It is the person who is finally going to receive the order. There are three stakeholders in the process of the shipment that are consignor, the consignee, and the carrier. Consignor is the seller who ships out the goods via a carrier. A consignee should always be present at the time of delivery.



POD (Proof of Delivery)

POD means Proof of Delivery in courier and acts as evidence that the shipment has reached its final destination. There are two ways to send a POD - physical paper form or online form.



Surface Shipping

Surface shipping is a logistics service where goods are shipped through land. It is comparitively cheaper but slower than air shipping. It is mostly preffered for large and heavy deliveries.


