Warehousing

Warehousing refers to storing physical goods in a single location until they are sold or distributed. Warehousing allows you to have a single location for delivering all your products. Usually, warehousing may differ according to the different types and sizes of the business. A small startup may be storing its products in its own facility, until they scale and outgrow their space.



Order Allocation Engine

Order allocation engine refers to assigning of order pickup to relevant warehouse. A business may be operating from multiple warehouses, order is assigned to a particular warehouse based on multiple factors such as type of product, delivery location, etc.



Customer unavalaibility

Customer unavailability refers to the situation where the customer is unavailable to receive the order while delivery attempt.



Shipping charges

The shipping charges or total shipping cost comprises of the following components - freight cost (extra charges for RTO could be added under this head), cod collection charges, fuel surcahrges any other additional fee (this varies from courier to courier and can increase detrimentally on case hidden charges or costs are added)and GST (18% according to previaling norms)


