RTO Detection is a feature which once incorporated, proactively checks the address of the customer and provides indication based on the previous data. It gives information to the merchant if previously placed orders have been RTOd or if the courier partner is inefficient in delivering the orders

RTO

RTO means Return to Origin and is basically an undelivered order that is returned to a seller. On average courier companies make three attempts to deliver the order after that this shipment is marked as RTO and returned to the sellers. RTO is an extra cost for the sellers and amounts to 30% of total eCommerce shipments.



Kitting

Kitting refers to compiling separate but related products in a ready-to-ship kit. This saves a lot of time, and cost for the sellers and streamlines order fulfillment. For example, when a customer orders a computer, he may also order a mouse, hard disk, headphones, etc. In such cases, all these products are shipped in a single piece rather than shipping them separately.



Wishlist

A wishlist option on a website is a feature that allows users to create a personalized list of items or products they are interested in, but may not be ready to purchase immediately.



Picked up shipment

Picked up shipment refers to the first leg of the shipment journey, The package is picked up from the sellers warehouse by the delivery agent of the assigned courier partner.


