Reverse parcel shippung

Shipping parcels back to their origin or to a designated return location.

This is the fee assocaited with collection of cash at the time of delivery levied by courier partners.This fee is used to incentivise delivery executives to collect and safegaurd funds collected at the time of delviery and is also used to cover the charges incurred by courier partners in facilitating collection either via electronic means or hard cash, safegaurding these funds and processing them for remittance. This is usually calcaulted as the maximum of a fixed value or a percetnage of the amount collected



PAN card

The Permanent Account Number, or PAN, is a method of identifying taxpayers in the country. The PAN card is a unique alphanumeric identification number, consisting of 10 digits that are assigned to Indian citizens, particularly those who are required to pay taxes.



Last mile delivery

Last-mile delivery, also referred to as last-mile logistics, is the transportation of goods from either a transportation hub or a retail store to the final destination where they will be delivered to the end customer. Last-mile delivery represents the final leg of the delivery process.
