e POD

e POD is an electronic copy of the proof of delivery that is shared by a courier to the seller after the successful delivery. This confirms that the good is successfully delivered to the end customer



Prohibited goods

Prohibited items are the goods that are completely banned and cannot be shipped at any cost. None of the courier partner accepts these goods, for example: Human remains or ashes, Complete firearms, ammunition, explosives / explosive devices, illegal goods, such as counterfeit goods and narcotics, etc.


