Weight Discrepancy

Whenever there is a difference between the weight of a shipment provided by the seller and measured by the courier company, a case of weight discrepancy arises which is often called a weight dispute. Change in the weight of a shipment can lead to high shipping costs subsequently increasing the price of the whole order that has to be shipped. Exchange



RTO Initiated

Before being designated as an RTO order, a shipment is attempted for delivery three times. When the courier partner marks your order as an RTO, it is said to be at the RTO Initiated stage.


